  • 1⁄2 cup brown rice (100 g)

  • 4 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1⁄2 red pepper in strips
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen green beans (70 g)
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen artichokes (70 g)
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Lemon (optional)
  • salt

How to make?

Cook the rice following the instructions on the package.

In a deep pan, pour the oil and, when it is hot, add the garlic cloves and peppers. Cook over medium high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Toss in the beans and artichokes. Cook for about 10 minutes longer.

Add the tomato and cook for 10 minutes.

Finally, add the cooked rice, the rest of the ingredients (except the lemon), stir and cook for 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
